The high voltage Marine shore power system of our company refers to the electric energy of 6.6kV/60Hz or 6kV/50Hz required by the ship side after the voltage of 6kV or 10kV and the frequency of 50Hz alternating current input at the shore side are converted by the high voltage frequency conversion device in the Marine shore power. The frequency conversion facilities in the process of high voltage boarding are divided into high voltage frequency conversion equipment and low voltage frequency conversion equipment. The high voltage frequency conversion equipment belongs to the technical field of high-high-high-high Marine shore power (i.e. high voltage input, high voltage electric energy frequency conversion and high voltage output); The use of low-voltage frequency conversion equipment belongs to the field of high-low-high Marine shore power technology (i.e. high-voltage input, low-voltage electric energy frequency conversion, high-voltage output). High voltage Marine shore power is mainly used in large container terminals, cruise ships, terminals and large dry bulk cargo terminals with great demand for power supply capacity.

1. High voltage shore power supply

2. Low voltage Low voltage shore power supply
Low-voltage ship shore power system refers to the input voltage of 0.44kV (or 6kV or 10kV) and frequency of 50Hz from the shore-based side drawn by the wharf substation, which is converted into 0.45KV/60Hz and 0.4kV/50Hz electrical energy by low-voltage ship shore power, which is transmitted to the shore power terminal box of each berth and then sent to the shore power interface of the docking ship for docking. Complete a series of facilities during the low pressure boarding process.

3. Shore power system shipborne installation
Shore power system Shipborne installation refers to the power receiving system for receiving shore power, which is fixed and installed on a ship, and is shipboard equipment for receiving shore power. According to the different voltage levels of access shore power, it can be divided into high voltage shore power system shipborne devices and low voltage shore power system shipborne devices.
Our company has researched and developed shipborne devices of high voltage shore power system and low voltage shore power system, and has rich experience in shipborne devices of Marine shore power system, delivery performance and transformation engineering practice. We can provide equipment as well as complete turnkey projects, covering all the work of ship survey, design drawing submission, equipment manufacturing, installation and commissioning, CCS acceptance and so on.
1)High voltage shore power system shipborne installation
High voltage ship shore electric device adopts 6.6KV/60Hz high voltage onboard. The high voltage electricity fed by the shore-based power supply is connected to the original high voltage distribution board busbar through the shore power cable winch, high voltage shore power distribution cabinet and high voltage shore power control cabinet. Its system structure is shown in the figure below。
High voltage shore power system shipborne devices are usually composed of: high voltage shore power cable winch, high voltage shore power distribution cabinet, high voltage shore power incoming line cabinet, control cabinet, transformer, high voltage cable, high voltage plug, etc. (There will be differences according to the different ship's power system).。
2)Low voltage shore power system shipborne installation
The low voltage shore power system shipborne device adopts 0.4KV/60Hz low voltage onboard. The low-voltage electricity fed by the shore-based power supply is connected to the ship's original main switchboard through the cable management device and the shore-based power access control panel. Its overall system structure block diagram is shown below.
The main uses of the cable management device are: on the one hand, when supplying power to the ship, the cable is automatically retracting and releasing, and the cable is transferred to the ship's power supply system; On the other hand, the storage and preservation of the cable when the power is not supplied can realize the comprehensive protection function of the cable management system.
Generally installed in the central control room, the shore power access control panel is mainly composed of the shore power connection circuit breaker, overload, classification alarm and trip protection. Its main function is to access the shore power, monitor the voltage frequency of the shore power in real time, and provide overload, short circuit protection functions.
